At Stepprs, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags. Securely seal the box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
